Water-based, creamy texture, archival/acid-free. Designed for use on shiny paper. Works great on vellum, mica, acetate, photo papers, sculpey clay, shrink plastic, and much more.Ink pad surface is 3" x 1.9", raised from plastic base. Soft foam pad.
